Breakfast and after school Activity Clubs

Hamilton’s extended service provision - wrap around care - comprises a breakfast club and an after school activity club.  These are both offered for the flexibility of working parents.  The forms and information have been updated for the start of the Autumn term 2022.  Please note that both the Larks Breakfast Club and the Activity Club will start from the first Monday of the Autumn term and both will be held at the Priory Road site.

BREAKFAST CLUB

The Breakfast Club is based at the Priory Road site and is available to all children from Reception to Year 6 attending Hamilton Academy. Breakfast Club opens at 7.45am and runs until the Priory Road gates open at 8.30am, when Priory Road children will go out to join their friends.  Children in Hampden Road classes will be walked to the Hampden Road site at the same time.

The children are encouraged to select, prepare, eat and clear away their own choice of healthy, nutritious breakfast.  They then participate in a stimulating educational or social activity aimed at giving them the best possible start to their day at school and put them in the right mind to maximise their learning potential. 

Each daily session costs £5.00.   Bookings, which may be made via ParentMail, are based on a first come first served basis.  Please see link above.

ACTIVITY CLUB

The after school Activity Club, open to children from Reception to Year 6, meets every day (except the last day of term) also at Priory Road, from the end of school to 5.30pm (5.00pm on Fridays).

The charge is £7.00 per session and payment is due on the day or in advance.

The application covers bookings for either regular attendance or occasional attendance.  Bookings, which are made via ParentMail, are based on a first come first served basis.  Please see link above.
